Return Policy
Beautiful Reflections does not allow for any products to be returned or exchanged, unless approved by management. All sales are final on custom items.
In the event any client submits a cancellation request before order is started, the client may receive a full refund. Once your order status has been marked as processing, any required deposit is then non refundable. If a client requests to cancel the order after it has been started, a partial refund may be allowed, excluding any required non refundable deposits.
Cancellation requests can be submitted by sending an email to beautifulreflections06@gmail.com. Cancellation requests must include client's name, order number and reason for cancellation.
Processing + Delivery
Once we receive your order request, Beautiful Reflections will contact you for your consultation and to discuss details of your custom decor. Please note, the total cost of your order is subject to change after finalizing the details of your order. No orders are started until we contact you for your consultation, discuss details of your custom designed decor and required minimum deposit is received. A deposit is required on all orders, including cash orders, before any order is started. If a cash payment method is chosen, Beautiful Reflections will contact you for consultation and to receive the required minimum deposit prior to starting your order.
Once your order has been started, the required minimum deposit is then non refundable. Prices are subject to change after finalizing the details of your order. If the total cost of the order is higher than the amount paid, the client will receive an invoice that is to be paid before the completion of the order.
Most orders are processed within 7-14 business days after your order has been started. During any sales event, we ask clients to allow up to 7-21 business days for processing due to high sales volume. All orders are hand-crafted, so we ask clients to allow sufficient time for orders to be processed. Beautiful Reflections will update you on the processing status of your order. We will reach out to you multiple times during the process of creating your custom decor to ensure satisfaction. Your timely response to these communications will assist in ensuring your order is complete in a timely manner.
Beautiful Reflections offers three receiving methods: Local Delivery, Local Pick Up and Worldwide Shipping. Prior to starting the order, the receiving method will be discussed in detail during the consultation. If local delivery method is chosen, fees may be added to total cost of order if applicable. Once notified that the order is ready, the client has 7 business days to schedule either delivery or pick up. After 7 business days, the client will be charged $5 per day until order is picked up or delivered.
By purchasing from Beautiful Reflections Decor LLC, you agree you have ownership & rights to all images, logos and slogans you have uploaded. By purchasing from Beautiful Reflections Decor LLC, you agree to allow us to post any logos and/or company names, along with any custom designs used for your order, on our website and social media platforms. If you wish to opt out, you must contact us via email.
